CAR MASTER offers a simple, no fuss lifetime warranty when your vehicle is serviced at our location. We guarantee our repairs against any defect in workmanship as long as you own the vehicle. When you drive out with your repaired car, you can be sure you've received the best job possible!

What does your Car Master Guarantee cover?

Car Master guarantees to beat any proper and written quote by 10% from a reputable source or outlet we guarantee competitive prices, even after 7 days you have paid invoice.

Car Master guarantees all workmanship and parts fitted for the period of 12 months or 20,000 kilometres travelled whichever comes first, under the guarantee period, subject to our Terms And Conditions Of Trade. Should any part be incorrectly fitted by us to be defective during the guarantee period? Car Master will refit, rectify or replace the part at no charge. 

  • General Electrical work also has 12 months warranty including Starter Motors & Alternators. Some Electrical work offers No or limited warranty, please ask the customer service operator to confirm warranty status on electrical work, items such as fuses, globes, relays, ECU, BCM, Air Conditioning Ragas, burnt wiring etc.
  • Second hand parts only has 3 months or 5000 kms warranty whichever comes first, some parts may have extended warranty up to 6 months, please ask customer service operator to confirm warranty status. 
  • What does your Car Master Guarantee not cover?
  • Car Master does not guarantee parts or workmanship where the installed part is fitted to a vehicle used in competition, on a closed circuit or any timed event, or where the part is removed from the vehicle on which it was originally fitted. 
  • Car Master does not guarantee parts or workmanship where the Car Master installed part is damaged by misuse, accident or causes beyond Car Master control. Our guarantee specifically excludes damage caused by engine backfire or malfunction.

Car Master will not cover any tow charges, time loss, inconvenience compensation or damages, or any other expenses occurs because of faulty workmanship, work performed by any other repairer and claimed warranty at a later stage, work performed by any other repairer under warranty at no time, all warranty work must always be return to Car Master outlet(original repairer/outlet if possible), if not please call (02) 9553 6022  to find out nearest location & discuss solution of the situation you are in.

What to do if you have a problem?

  • Contact the Car Master shop which did the work, if this location is not convenient, contact your nearest Car Master Shop across Australia by phoning (02) 9553 6022 Fax: (02) 9553 6044, via email admin@carmaster.com.au or write to us Attention, Admin, PO Box 630, Kogarah NSW 1485. 
  • Arrange a convenient time for the repair work to be carried out.
  • Bring your vehicle, your original invoice and service booklet to the Car Master shop, which is to carry out the work. 
  • Car Master will not pay for guarantee work performed elsewhere.

Note: Not all services are available at all shops. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You may also have rights under state and federal legislation.
